Sometimes my job is really boring. It certainly is when I have none of my own work to do and I have to help out the marketing department (which can hardly be called a department given that it's two people). That was today.
But today wasn't boring.
Today I found joy in the name of a teacher receiving mail from our marketing department.
A man named Wayne. Only it was Waine.
Yes, W–A–I–N–E.
A Y, not an I.
Who does that? I asked myself.
Does Waine even exist beyond n and a horse-drawn vehicle?
Well, yes. And my results are:

Waine also features in the urban dictionary here.
The House of Waine is a unique luxury boutique hotel on Masai Lane in the Karen suburb of Nairobi, Kenya.
There is a John Waine, who was Bishop of Chelmsford from 1986 to 1996 and is not the deceased movie star.

What more do you need to know about the Waine'e Church and Cemetery? Well, it's also known as the Waiola Church and Cemetery!
I wish I had sound on this computer because I think this is a music video for a song called Waine Waine, by Papa Tank.
OH MY GOD! I finally found a real person with the first name Waine!!!!! And he's like famous. Well, he played NFL. My day's work is complete! That was a page four result from Google. I am impressed.
